Our lead QAQC staff person is Flavio Rios. With more than 25 years’ experience, Mr. Rios has high expectations as a true perfectionist. He not only checks the work at every point on the jobsite, but effectively mentors others to achieve a good outcome, thus maintaining from the ground up, the quality the client deserves. Mr. Rios has developed a manual to train field staff and use as an ongoing reference so that Quality Assurance and Quality Control is ensured.
