J. Jireh Contractors, Inc. was founded in 2012 by Jose Miguel Aguirre. Mr. Aguirre has more than 25 years experience in the complicated field of infrastructure installation for an impressive list of private clients and municipalities. Driven by a personal mission of excellence in all things, Mr. Aguirre provides a level of leadership unparalleled in the industry. Aguirre is a decades-long Colorado resident and known leader within the community.
J. Jireh Contractors specializes in providing critical infrastructure services with utilities installation, grading, cut & fill; the full scope of land development; extensive concrete work; ADA compliant sidewalks, curb, gutter, road construction/paving per CDOT and municipalities specifications, poured foundations, helical piers and concrete piers foundations for large commercial buildings (office, retail, multi-family, multi-use, special use buildings). Though actively involved in larger projects, J. Jireh Contractors, Inc. is grateful to put its experience and top flight in-house crew to work on any size project. Jose Miguel Aguirre -President
25 years’ experience, infrastructure, concrete, flatwork, utilities installation, cell tower foundation & installation, building foundations, curb, gutter, sidewalk, asphalt road installation, road and decorative pavers installation, land development.
Mr. Aguirre’s vision to form a company dedicated to excellence in all things came to fruition in 2010 when J. Jireh Contractors, Inc. was brought to life. His personal commitment to the client and end-user is unparalleled in the industry. Mr. Aguirre is readily available to speak with you directly concerning how J. Foster Kenney – Lead Estimator
30+years’ experience in commercial contracting estimating & project management Mr. Kenney is well known and well connected throughout Colorado as a “go-to” person for up-to-date numbers and costs associated with the infrastructure phase of a project.

Greta Enriquez – Civil Engineer
4 years’ experience in commercial and residential civil engineering drawings; assists with estimating projects through interpretation of civil drawings provided by the client. Ms. Enriquez is currently continuing her education and experience through obtaining her E.I. and P.E. designations.

Alexis Valenzuela – Office Administrator
Alexis has worked in the Construction industry for more than a decade. She has been a Project Manager at a commercial general contractor. She brings many years experience in administrative management, critical to smooth operations for the field staff.
Alexis handles accounting, human resources, payroll, and numerous other duties for day-to-day operations.
Victoria Burch
Real Estate Developer
& Development Consultant
25 years of experience in real estate development. Developer/principal in multiple projects throughout Colorado, Indiana, Arizona, Oregon, and Washington as a preferred developer for Starbucks Coffee Company, Blockbuster Entertainment, Safeway Stores, and other national retailers, as well as principal developer on speculative projects, including lease-up and disposition of completed projects. Certified by the Colorado Department of Transportation and the Indiana Department of Transportation to acquire land in eminent domain cases for various transportation modalities required by the states, cities, counties, and school districts. Victoria is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Colorado. She teaches Real Estate Development at Metropolitan State University, Denver, and has published a textbook on the subject.
Flavio Rios
Lead QAQC (Quality Assurance Quality Control)
25+ years’ experience as a true craftsman in all types of infrastructure installation, including remedial work to correct poor workmanship of other contractors after the fact.
Mr. Rios has been working since 2007 along side Mr. Aguirre.
